Daily report ⑤

 June 6th, I went to Okonomiyaki shop with Yuki Senga.

The shop's name is "Menhiti".




It is very delicious!! And, the shop's staff is so interesting!!
It is about twenty minutes by using bicycle. When you eat Okonomiyaki, I want you to go there!!

Mizuna salad with Tochio deep fried tofu

The recipe is mazuna salad from Japanese cooking101[ https://www.japanesecooking101.com/mizuna-salad-recipe/  ] 　The recipe I use for this review is a Mizuna Salad.It was written by Noriko and Yuko, and posted at the Japanese cooking website.This website introduces so much Japanese food.They introduce all the recipes by themselves. The reason why I chose the recipe is because I like Mizuna in vegetables and I want to use “Tochio deep fried tofu”. And, Mizuna is a popular vegetable in my hometown. But, I don’t know deep fried tofu.   I went to Uoroku to buy ingredients. This supermarket has a lot of kinds of food. After returning to my house, I started cooking. Cutting Mizuna and deep fried tofu. The recipe told me to use Japanese yellow mustard for the source. But, I didn’t have it.So I used mustard.
