Mizuna salad with Tochio deep fried tofu
The recipe I use for this review is a Mizuna Salad.It was written by Noriko
and Yuko, and posted at the Japanese cooking website.This website introduces so
much Japanese food.They introduce all the recipes by themselves. The reason why
I chose the recipe is because I like Mizuna in vegetables and I want to use
“Tochio deep fried tofu”. And, Mizuna is a popular vegetable in my hometown.
But, I don’t know deep fried tofu.
I went to Uoroku to buy ingredients. This
supermarket has a lot of kinds of food. After returning to my house, I started
cooking. Cutting Mizuna and deep fried tofu. The recipe told me to use Japanese
yellow mustard for the source. But, I didn’t have it.So I used mustard. And the
source contains soy source, rice vinegar, olive oil,
After that, I mixed ingredients. This is the end of cooking.
The recipe’s strengths are so easy and the ingredient cost is so cheap. It took
only five minutes to cook. I think it is wonderful that a salad can be cooked in
such a very short time!! And, I didn’t use a gas stove. It is so safe. The
ingredient cost was approximately 200 yen. I am happy that such a delicious
salad can cook two coins!! The recipe is five stars!! But the recipe’s weakness
is that there are a lot of dressing’s ingredient. The sauce contains soy sauce,
rice vinegar, sugar, olive oil, Japanese yellow mustard, and sesame seeds. I
don’t think many people have all the ingredients in our house. In fact, I didn’t
have Japanese yellow mustard. Just now, I said that “the recipe is so cheap”.
But if there is anything you don’t have, the ingredient cost may exceed 300 yen.
I enjoyed cooking salad because I cooked various combinations that I don’t
usually do. And my family said that the salad is delicious. So I was so happy!
I
think the recipe is so good because anyone from children to the elderly can cook
this salad and we can eat vegetables and proteins at the same time by eating
this salad. Also, I think it is very good that this salad can change various
vegetables and ingredients. Even if they don’t like vegetables, they will be
able to eat this salad. I recommend the recipe to those who don’t like
vegetables, are very busy, like vinegars and like deep fried tofu.
