Daily report

5/10 I went to "Ra-channya" to eat a "Ra-channsetto".
The fried rice is so delicious!! I wont to eat various ra-menn in the nigata city!! 5/12 My mother made a roast beef. This is my favorite food!!
I ate it and dipped "Miya" sauce. THis sauce and roast beef are so delicious!! I was happey to be able to eat delicious food.

Mizuna salad with Tochio deep fried tofu

The recipe is mazuna salad from Japanese cooking101[ https://www.japanesecooking101.com/mizuna-salad-recipe/  ] 　The recipe I use for this review is a Mizuna Salad.It was written by Noriko and Yuko, and posted at the Japanese cooking website.This website introduces so much Japanese food.They introduce all the recipes by themselves. The reason why I chose the recipe is because I like Mizuna in vegetables and I want to use “Tochio deep fried tofu”. And, Mizuna is a popular vegetable in my hometown. But, I don’t know deep fried tofu.   I went to Uoroku to buy ingredients. This supermarket has a lot of kinds of food. After returning to my house, I started cooking. Cutting Mizuna and deep fried tofu. The recipe told me to use Japanese yellow mustard for the source. But, I didn’t have it.So I used mustard.
