5/3~5/5 camping Notohanntou in the Isikawa

I went to Ishikawa to camp with my mother, grand father, grand mother and cousin.
First day night, I saw a beautiful sunset. The sunset is so famous because there were a lot of people. And I made a peppar lunch. It was so delicious!! Second day, I went to Chirigahama to drive the beach. The beach seemed like it was going on forever!!
That night, I made a Tonnziru. It was so hot and so delicious!!
That experience was so great!! I wont to go to Ishikawa again!!

Mizuna salad with Tochio deep fried tofu

The recipe is mazuna salad from Japanese cooking101[ https://www.japanesecooking101.com/mizuna-salad-recipe/  ] 　The recipe I use for this review is a Mizuna Salad.It was written by Noriko and Yuko, and posted at the Japanese cooking website.This website introduces so much Japanese food.They introduce all the recipes by themselves. The reason why I chose the recipe is because I like Mizuna in vegetables and I want to use “Tochio deep fried tofu”. And, Mizuna is a popular vegetable in my hometown. But, I don’t know deep fried tofu.   I went to Uoroku to buy ingredients. This supermarket has a lot of kinds of food. After returning to my house, I started cooking. Cutting Mizuna and deep fried tofu. The recipe told me to use Japanese yellow mustard for the source. But, I didn’t have it.So I used mustard.
