Ryusei something

Now, I introduce my hobby. But, I have a lot of hobby. So, I introduce a parts of my hobby. My favorite author is Keigo Higashino. I want to read all books writing by him. And, do you know this old game? This is "Super Famicon". It is so old!! But, that is so good!! Snowboarding is so  interesting!! I want to know our favorite author and ski spots!! Do you tell me about this??

 I recently strat "Amazon Prime" to watch something. But, this has a lot of contents. For examaple, Japanase dorama, Korean dorama,  movie and anime. I think these viodeos sound like interesting. Also, I like "Haikyu!" and "Hiroaka"very much!!

 June 16th, I went to "Magokorotei" with Yuki Senga. This is "Ginjomiso Ramen yasaimasi". Of course, it is so delicious. And the " Yuzu" on top was so much this Ramen!! Extra report     Today's uno's "Nikukyu"   I really wanted to show it. So, I posted it. Thank you for reading〜.

The recipe is mazuna salad from Japanese cooking101[ https://www.japanesecooking101.com/mizuna-salad-recipe/  ] 　The recipe I use for this review is a Mizuna Salad.It was written by Noriko and Yuko, and posted at the Japanese cooking website.This website introduces so much Japanese food.They introduce all the recipes by themselves. The reason why I chose the recipe is because I like Mizuna in vegetables and I want to use “Tochio deep fried tofu”. And, Mizuna is a popular vegetable in my hometown. But, I don’t know deep fried tofu.   I went to Uoroku to buy ingredients. This supermarket has a lot of kinds of food. After returning to my house, I started cooking. Cutting Mizuna and deep fried tofu. The recipe told me to use Japanese yellow mustard for the source. But, I didn’t have it.So I used mustard. June 5th, he came to my home. His name is "UNO". The breed of dog is miniature dachshund. He is so cute and so small. But, he often bark in a loud voice. However, Uno is the most cute in all dog!!!! Thank you for reading!!

May 31th, that day's dinner was "Okonomiyaki". Okonomiyaki is my soul food. Cabbage and pork are the main igedients of ordinaly okonomiyaki, but it contains potatoes, cheese, and yamaimo. If you go to osaka, please eat this food!! And I recommed "konamonn"!!
